The DNA-dependent RNA polymerase of tenfold increase in the nuclear polymerase nuclei from lymphoid-rich and erythroidactivity per milligram nuclear DNA of the rich mouse spleens was compared in redeveloping erythropoietic spleen when the gard to requirements and conditions of the assays were done at low ionic strength reactions.
